Job Description:

1. Responsible for bioinformatics analysis and research & development of AAV capsid evolution projects.

2. Establish and upgrade bioinformatics analysis pipelines based on NGS data, develop and optimize statistical methods, and conduct data mining.

3. Keep track of the latest research progress in bioinformatics in the field of AAV evolution, and introduce advanced tools and analytical methods.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or related majors; or bachelor’s degree with more than 2 years of relevant working experience.

2. Capable of independent programming, proficient in programming languages such as C/C++/Perl/Python/R.

3. Familiar with common bioinformatics tools and methods; experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis is preferred.

4. Ability to read English scientific literature.

5. Proficient in computer skills; familiarity with typesetting software such as Photoshop, PageMaker or professional bioinformatics software is preferred.
